Floor tiles gone, back slightly broken.
We've had a 2nd gen (heating only) Nest thermostat for ages, which we were very happy with. So as part of this refurb we are moving the 2nd gen to control the new underfloor heating and installing a new 3rd gen Nest that then covers heating and hot water as the old water programmer was crap.
This is the original 2nd gen wiring.
